Processing Times

  • All orders are made to order.

  • Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping & Delivery Times

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after production.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or factors outside our control (e.g., weather or postal service disruptions).

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your items arrive damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
