Refund & Return Policy

At Mutt Merch, every shirt is made to order just for you. Because of the custom, print-on-demand process, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. Please read our policy below:

All Sales Are Final

  • Each order is unique and created once you purchase.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues such as ordering the wrong size, color, or style.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The print is defective.
  • You received the wrong item.

To request a replacement, please email john@muttmerch.shop within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank.
  3. If you still have not received your refund, email us at john@muttmerch.shop.
